Your book of business belongs to you.
Every name, number, and promise from every walkaround, kept in one place on your phone. Log a customer in ten seconds. Know what you've earned. Get reminded before someone goes cold.
Works in your browser · Add to home screen in one tap · No dealership account required
This is not a CRM.
The dealership already has one, and it isn't built for you. Walkaround Notes is a private notebook for the relationships you personally build. Nobody else can see inside it.
No manager view
There is no admin panel and no reporting dashboard above you. The product has no concept of a manager at all.
No integrations
Nothing connects to the store's system. Nothing is imported from it, and nothing you write here is pushed into it.
Yours to take
Export every contact and note to a spreadsheet whenever you want. If you change stores, your book comes with you.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them happen at a desk.
01
You meet someone on the lot
A walkaround, a question about a trade, a name you'll forget by the end of your shift.
02
You jot it down, or just talk
Name, number, what they're looking at. Ten seconds with your thumb, or hold the mic and say it out loud while you walk back inside.
03
It reminds you before they go cold
Your appointments in order, a buzz before each one, and a short list of people you haven't spoken to in a while.
What's inside
Built for the parts of the job nobody schedules.
The ten-second jot
One screen, big buttons, nothing required but a name. Fast enough to finish before they pull out of the lot.
Say it instead of typing it
Hold the mic and talk the way you'd tell a coworker. It comes back sorted into fields, and you confirm it before anything saves.
Know your number before payroll does
Log a sale with the gross, and it does your commission math out loud, using your pay plan and your bonus tiers.
Payment math, standing on the lot
Price, down, trade, tax, fees, rate, term. A monthly figure in a couple of taps, clearly labeled as an estimate every time.
Your day, in the order it happens
Follow-up calls, test drives, deliveries, meetings — one running list grouped by day, not a month grid you have to squint at. Book it from someone's page or straight from the list.
A nudge fifteen minutes out
Your phone buzzes before every appointment, with the name and what it's for. Send any of them to your own calendar app if that's where you live, and mark how it went when it's over.
Texts that write themselves
Your own follow-up wording, with their name and vehicle filled in, opening in your phone's messages app. You still hit send.
Photos for your own reference
Snap the trade, the odometer, the plate. It lands on that person's page so you're not digging through your camera roll.
"Did they answer?"
Tap a number, make the call, and when you come back it asks how it went. One tap and the record is current.
Your whole book, exported
One button, one spreadsheet, every contact and note. No request form, no waiting, no permission needed.
Cards in the mail
A real card at their door. Not another text.
Everybody gets texts. Almost nobody gets mail from their car salesperson. Pick the occasion from someone's page, choose a design, write a few lines, and a physical card goes out in an envelope with their name on the front.
It's the kind of thing that sits on the fridge for a month — and gets you remembered when their sister needs a car.
- Birthdays, anniversaries, the day they bought the car, and plain thank-yous
- Your own message, written out in handwriting-style script
- Printed, sealed and mailed to their front door anywhere in the US — you never touch an envelope
- Paid per card, postage included. Buy one or a pack; unused cards never expire.
Contacts app. Texts. Notes app. A folder of photos. A stack of cards in the truck.
Why it exists
Every rep already has a book of business. It's just scattered.
It's in your contacts, your texts, the notes app, a folder of photos, and a stack of business cards in the truck. When you switch stores, most of it stays behind.
This puts it in one place that answers to you, and hands it back whenever you ask.
Pricing
One plan, month to month. You pay for it, so it works for you.

Questions
The ones reps ask first.
Can my manager see this?
No. There is no manager account, no shared view, and no way to grant one. Your data is locked to your login.
Does it plug into the store's system?
It doesn't. Nothing is imported and nothing is sent out. Keep logging in the store's system exactly as you do now.
What happens if I change dealerships?
Nothing changes. It's your subscription and your notes about people you personally met. Export them any time.
Is there an app to download?
It runs in your phone's browser and installs to your home screen in one tap, where it behaves like any other app.
Are the greeting cards actually mailed?
Yes. A printed card in a real envelope, sent through the mail to the US address you enter. They're an add-on paid per card, postage included.
Will the payment calculator quote a customer?
No. It's your own quick math, labeled as an estimate. Real numbers still come from your finance office.
Start tonight. Log tomorrow's first walkaround.
Fourteen days free. Set it up before your shift and it'll be on your home screen by the time you're on the lot.
